While we strive to reach fans everywhere, there are certain countries or territories to which we cannot provide service or process orders due to local postal restrictions, international trade regulations, or carrier limitations. 3. Scope of Agreement
Once payment for an item (or items) has been successfully processed, a binding purchase agreement is formed between the customer and Destroyer Rock Store. 4. Consumer Rights, Cancellations & Returns
Order Cancellation Before Dispatch: You have the right to cancel your order for a full refund at any time before the item(s) has been shipped.
Returns After Dispatch: If you wish to cancel or return your order after it has been shipped, you (the buyer) are responsible for returning the item in its exact original condition.
Return Shipping Costs: The buyer must cover all return shipping costs.
Refund Conditions: A refund will only be issued once the item is received back and inspected. If the buyer fails to return the item, returns it damaged, or does not pay for return shipping, Destroyer Rock Store is under no obligation to issue a refund.
5. Order Processing & Dispatch Time
As the seller, Destroyer Rock Store undertakes to handle, pack, and dispatch all paid orders within 2 to 3 business days following confirmed receipt of payment.
6. Shipping & Delivery Terms
Primary Shipping Carrier: Our standard international shipping is handled via Correos de México (Mexican Postal Service), which handsover the package to your destination country’s national postal carrier (e.g., USPS, Royal Mail, Deutsche Post) for final delivery.
Delivery Times & Customs Delays: Estimated delivery times are specified on each individual product listing. However, international shipments are subject to customs inspections and local postal congestion. In extreme cases, customs delays can add 1 to 2 additional months beyond the estimated timeframe.
Alternative Carriers: If you prefer an expedited shipping service (such as courier services), please contact us via email before or immediately after purchasing to request a custom shipping quote. Lost Packages: For an international shipment to be officially declared “Lost” and eligible for a full refund or replacement, at least 60 calendar days must elapse following the last tracking update provided on the official website of the destination country’s postal service.

Currency: All product prices and shipping charges listed on this website are in US Dollars (USD).

Import Taxes & Customs Fees: Standard import taxes levied by the United States and the European Union are already included in the calculated shipping costs. However, if the destination country’s customs authority decides to apply additional duties, administrative fees, or local tariffs, these extra charges must be covered entirely by the buyer.
8. Refund Policies
Refunds will be processed exclusively under the following specific circumstances:
Order Cancellation Before Dispatch: The buyer requests to cancel the order prior to shipment.
Defective or Damaged Items: The item arrives broken or with a manufacturing defect.
Dispatch Errors / Oversights: In the rare event of order processing errors or stock discrepancies, a refund will be issued. In the case of multi-item purchases where only one item is affected, the refund will apply solely to the affected item along with its corresponding proportional shipping fee.
Valid Returns: The buyer successfully returns the item in accordance with our return guidelines below. Returned Packages (Incorrect Address / Unclaimed): If a package is returned to us because the customer provided an incorrect address or failed to pick it up from their local postal office within the timeframe required by their country’s postal service, a partial refund will be issued covering only the cost of the item(s). Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you wish to return an item, the following terms and deadlines apply:
Notification Window: You must notify us within 3 to 5 calendar days following the delivery date of your order stating your intent to make a return.
Return Dispatch: Once we confirm your return request, you have 3 to 5 calendar days to send us valid proof of return shipment (tracking number/receipt).
Return Shipping Costs: The customer is fully responsible for paying return shipping costs.
Inspection & Refund: Upon receiving the package, we will inspect the item. If it is in resellable condition, we will refund the item’s price plus the original standard shipping cost within 3 to 5 business days post-receipt.

Dispatch Promise: We commit to packing and shipping paid orders within a maximum of 3 business days (please note Mexican national holidays may differ from those in your home country).

All product photographs are taken directly by us in-house—what you see in the listing photos is exactly what will arrive at your doorstep. Color & Sizing Disclaimers: Colors may vary slightly due to individual monitor/screen calibration settings. Additionally, all garment sizing charts carry an industry-standard tolerance of ± 1 inch ( ± 2.5 cm) due to the textile manufacturing process.
